Mrs. Chidinma Tochukwu (#Nwateacher)
A Certified Montessori Directress and School Management Consultant.
She is an all round trained teacher who has the expertise of making sure a child learns everyday and provides the best teaching methods to bring out the gifts and talents of each child.
Her experiences span initial school setups, staff recruitment /training, curriculum development &implementation, quality assurance &control, School Management and Consultancy.
She started her career as an IT EXECUTIVE with Halogen Security Company and went ahead to work with the customer service team at OANDO MARKETING LIMITED.
She's been privileged to work with children in all the four stages of development though her passion lies with children in the early years.
Over the years she has recorded amazing results working with these children as a Teacher, Nursery Head, Head Teacher, School Head and School Consultant.
Her Organisations; CBB Educonsulting, Gracestars Consult, Jewels kids and events has held various seminars and trained several individuals and schools on how to open doors to learning and provide structured pathways that the children can follow independently.
Chidinma is a graduate of Montessori Training Institute, Accra where she got certified in the Montessori teaching methodology.
Her qualifications started with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration and Planning from the University of Lagos, Akoka and a Masters degree in Education Management from the Lagos State University, Ojo.
Chidinma is an educator under Oath and has been inducted into the council of teachers in Nigeria, TRCN.
She is a Microsoft certified Educator and has also been recognised by the Early Years Assembly as an individual committed to learning and adding value to her life and others.
Chidinma believes that there are no limits: it is very important for children to be accepted for who they are.
